How do I choose a digital marketing agency in Kuwait?
Choose an agency that can show real results for Kuwaiti businesses, keeps your ad accounts in your own name, and reports on leads, sales and cost per result, not likes. Before you sign, check the six points below. Any agency worth hiring will answer them happily.

What should I check before hiring?
| Check | Good sign | Red flag |
|---|---|---|
| Results | Cost per lead, sales and ROAS from real campaigns | Only follower counts and "reach" |
| Ownership | Your ad account and page stay in your business portfolio | The agency creates the ad account under its own business |
| Reporting | A monthly report you can understand | No report, or screenshots only |
| Creative | Makes Arabic and English ads itself | Translates English ads word for word |
| Contract | Monthly, with a clear notice period | Long lock-in with no way out |
| Promises | Honest ranges and a test plan | "Guaranteed sales" or "guaranteed #1" |
Which platforms should they know?
Your customers are spread across several apps. Estimated ad reach in Kuwait (DataReportal, Digital 2026, late 2025):
- YouTube: 3.31 million people
- Instagram: 3.00 million, or 73.3% of adults
- Facebook: 2.45 million
- Snapchat: 2.43 million
A good Kuwait agency should run Instagram and Snapchat well at the very least, and know when TikTok or Google fits your offer.
Do partner badges matter?
They help, but they aren't everything. For the Google Partner badge, an agency needs a 70% optimization score, $10,000 in ad spend over 90 days, and at least half its team certified (Google Ads Help). A badge shows the agency meets Google's bar. Many strong small teams don't have one yet.
What should I ask on the first call?
- "Can you show me results for a business like mine?"
- "Whose name will the ad account be in?"
- "What will you report to me each month?"
- "Who makes the ads, and in which languages?"
- "What happens if I want to stop?"
