How do I bring more customers to my shop in Kuwait?
Two things move footfall: being easy to find when someone nearby is already looking, and giving people a reason to come this week rather than someday. The first is mostly free; the second is what your ads should say.

What should I fix first, for free?
- Google Business Profile — Google states plainly that "creating a Business Profile and listing your business on Google is free"
- Photos of the actual shop — inside, outside, and the products
- Correct hours — including Ramadan and holiday changes
- Reviews, answered — Google Business Profile Help names prominence, which includes review count and score, as one of three local ranking factors
Google is also clear that there's "no way to request or pay for a better local ranking", so completeness and reviews are the levers, not budget.
What should the ads do differently?
| Online store ad | Shop ad |
|---|---|
| Sends to a product page | Sends to directions or WhatsApp |
| Targets the whole country | Targets a radius nearby |
| Sells a product | Sells a visit |
| Judged on sales | Judged on messages, calls and footfall |
Meta's help centre describes location targeting that can be set as a radius around an address — for a shop, that's the setting that matters most.
What gives people a reason to come now?
A dated offer, a new arrival, a restock, or something they can only get in person. "We're open" isn't a reason; "new shipment arrived, this week only" is.
