| Snapchat | 2.43 million |

The same report puts internet users at 5.00 million — 99.0% of the population — and social media user identities at 4.44 million, or 87.9% of the population, in October 2025.
How should I read these numbers?
Carefully. DataReportal states plainly that estimated audience size is not a proxy for monthly or daily active users, and that platforms calculate and report audiences differently. TikTok's figure being larger than Kuwait's adult population tells you something about how it counts, not that everyone is on TikTok.
What the numbers are genuinely good for is this: no platform in Kuwait is too small to matter, and none of them is where "everyone" is. Your buyers are reachable on all of them.
So which one should I actually use?
Not the biggest — the one where your customer decides to buy. A visual impulse product does well on TikTok and Instagram; a business service does better on Google and LinkedIn; Snapchat still carries real weight with local audiences.
Start with one platform, prove it can produce sales at a price you can afford, then add a second. The platform comparison for stores is in which ad platform is best for an online store, and for services in which ad platform is best for lead generation. Kuwait price ranges are in how much advertising costs in Kuwait.
