Is reinstatement guaranteed?
No, and Meta doesn't pretend otherwise. Its own documentation states that if a disabled account, tied to a policy violation, remains ineligible for six months, any unused prepaid services "may be forfeited" and the account "can't be reinstated" after that window. Meta also notes it "reserves the right to disable your account permanently" in some cases, before that six months is even up.
What should I actually do first?
Start the review through Meta Business Support Home as soon as possible — waiting doesn't help, and the six-month clock is real. While it's under review, avoid creating a second ad account to route around it, since that itself is a common trigger for further account action.
