How does advertising attract customers and increase sales?
Advertising puts your offer in front of the people most likely to buy, reminds them until they're ready, and brings back those who showed interest. Sales rise when the right audience meets a clear offer, and you measure which ads actually sell.

How does it find the right people?
Ad platforms let you choose who sees your ad by location, interests, or what they search for. On Google, your ad can appear when someone searches for what you sell. On Facebook and Instagram, you can reach people in Kuwait who match your customer.
Why does repeating the message help?
Few people buy the first time they see something. Meta's Business Help Center says frequency helps build awareness and recall by showing your message to your audience multiple times. Too many repeats, though, and people start ignoring it.
What does retargeting add?
Most visitors leave without buying. Retargeting shows your ads again to people who already visited:
| Platform | What its help pages call it |
|---|---|
| Meta | Website Custom Audiences, built with the Meta Pixel |
| Google Ads | "Your data" segments (formerly remarketing) |
Google Ads Help says these segments can reach past visitors across Search, YouTube, Display and more.
Why does the offer matter so much?
The ad only earns attention; the offer earns the sale. A clear price, a reason to act now, and an easy next step (order, message, call) turn interest into buyers.
How do I know it's working?
Measure sales, not views. Track cost per sale or lead and which ad brought it. If you get clicks but no orders, read why ads get clicks but no sales, and see what retargeting is and how to start.
