How can ChatGPT help my business?
It is very good at the writing and thinking work that quietly eats your week — first drafts, rewrites, summaries, variations. It is unreliable on facts, prices, laws and numbers, so everything it produces needs a person to check it before a customer sees it.

Where it earns its keep
| Task | What to ask for |
|---|---|
| Ad copy | Ten versions of one hook, then you pick |
| Product descriptions | A consistent format across your whole catalogue |
| Replying to reviews | A calm, polite draft when you're annoyed |
| Customer messages | Turning a rough reply into a professional one |
| Arabic and English | Adapting a message between both, not translating word for word |
| Thinking out loud | Listing the objections a customer might have |
Where it costs you money
- Facts and figures. It states things confidently that aren't true. Verify anything you'd be embarrassed to be wrong about.
- Prices and regulations. Never publish these from a chatbot.
- Your voice. Unedited output sounds like everyone else's marketing.
- Volume for its own sake. Google's spam policies define scaled content abuse as generating many pages primarily to manipulate search rankings rather than help users, and explicitly mention using generative AI to do so — while also stating that appropriate use of AI is not against Google's guidelines.
A practical way to use it
- Give it your real context — the product, the customer, the objection.
- Ask for options, not an answer. Ten hooks beats one paragraph.
- Pick and rewrite. The rewrite is where your voice comes back.
- Check every fact.
- Never paste customer data into it.
The practical follow-on is making the output not read like AI — see how to make AI-written content sound human. For ad creative specifically, see how to make an ad with AI.
And remember the tool writes the message; it doesn't deliver it. Getting it in front of buyers is still ads — which ad platform is best for lead generation.
