How do I choose a creative agency in Kuwait?
Ask to see ads that actually ran and sold, not a showreel. A beautiful film that never sold anything tells you nothing about whether they can make your product move.

The questions worth asking
| Ask | What you're checking |
|---|---|
| "Show me three ads you made that performed" | Whether they think in results or in aesthetics |
| "Who actually shoots and edits?" | Whether the person pitching is the person doing |
| "How fast is one new ad, start to finish?" | Ad creative wears out; slow suppliers are expensive |
| "How many versions per shoot?" | Good teams get a month of ads from one day |
| "Who owns the raw files?" | You should, and it should be in writing |
| "Do you write in Kuwaiti Arabic?" | Translated copy reads like translated copy |
Why turnaround matters more than polish
Because ads stop working. Meta describes creative fatigue as an audience seeing the same creative too many times, and the fix it points to is refreshing the creative. If your supplier takes six weeks per ad, you will always be running tired ads — the details are in what ad fatigue is and how to fix it.
Volume beats perfection here. A team producing eight decent variations a month will outperform one producing a single beautiful film a quarter.
Red flags
- Portfolio is all brand films, no performance ads. Different skill.
- Won't say who works on it. Usually means it's being passed on.
- No mention of platform rules. Meta's Advertising Standards restrict several common claims, and an agency that doesn't know them will get your ads rejected.
- Priced per video with no plan for volume. You'll run out of budget before you find a winner.
